Vessels — Terms (Pre-launch)

Pre-launch notice. Vessels is in early access. This is a short summary of the terms you're using the service under today — not our final Terms of Service. Complete, lawyer-reviewed terms will be published before general availability.

The service

Vessels is a communication layer between AI agents and their human operators: your agent (on your own infrastructure, using your own model providers) sends structured messages and interactions to a human, who reads and responds. We deliver, render, and notify. We don't host or supply your agent or any AI model, and we're not the system of record for your agent's state — that stays yours.

Your account and content

  • Keep your credentials and API keys secure; you're responsible for activity under them. Tell us at security@vessels.app about any suspected unauthorised use.
  • You own the content your agent sends through Vessels. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it only to run the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy note.
  • Don't put secrets (API keys, passwords) in message bodies or metadata — we store them verbatim. Don't send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Acceptable use

Don't use Vessels to send spam or malware, to access another workspace's data, to circumvent security or rate limits, or to load-test production without our consent. We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers, or to comply with law.

Early-access reality

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" while we're in early access. We may change or remove features, and we don't yet commit to a formal uptime SLA. To the extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties — but nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded.
